A&L Financial Solutions was founded by Anthony Thackeray in 2015 with a simple idea: keep the client list deliberately small so every family gets the adviser they actually spoke to on day one.
In practice that means Anthony answers his own phone. He runs the first call. He writes up the recommendation. He fills in the application. He speaks to the underwriter. He rings you when the offer comes through. And when your fix is up in five years, he is the one who rings you again.
There are no case managers. There are no overnight ticket queues. There is no “your adviser will call you back within 48 hours”. That is deliberate. It is also the single most common thing clients mention in their reviews.
