A&L Financial Solutions was founded by Anthony Thackeray in 2015 with a simple idea: every family should keep the broker they actually spoke to on day one.
A decade on, A&L is a small, senior team of three brokers (Anthony, Mark and Liam) with access to a large lender panel rather than one person. But the promise has not changed: when you enquire, you are matched to one named broker, and that is the person who runs your first call, writes the recommendation, fills in the application, speaks to the underwriter and rings you when the offer comes through. When your fix is up in five years, that same broker is the one who rings you again.
There are no case managers. There are no overnight ticket queues. There is no “your adviser will call you back within 48 hours”. The client list is deliberately worked as a priority, not a queue. That is the single most common thing clients mention in their reviews.
