3. Regulatory position

A&L Financial Solutions Ltd is an appointed representative of PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a trading name of First Complete Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The guidance and protection available to you will depend on the regulatory position of the specific service you use.

4. Fees

For mortgage advice we charge a fee of between £457 and £997, payable on completion. The exact fee depends on the complexity of your case and is agreed with you in writing before we start any work. We are also paid a commission by the lender at completion, which we disclose to you.

For insurance products we do not charge you a fee. We are paid a commission by the product provider, which is disclosed to you before you commit to anything.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, logos and images on this site are owned by or licensed to A&L Financial Solutions Ltd unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or exploit the content commercially without our prior written consent.

This site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

7. Availability
